Heart City Health Welcomes Amanda Pietsch as New Chief Financial Officer

Elkhart, IN — Heart City Health is proud to announce the hiring of Amanda Pietsch as its new
Chief Financial Officer (CFO). With nearly two decades of experience in financial management,
public sector leadership, and healthcare finance, Pietsch brings a depth of expertise that will
help strengthen Heart City Health’s mission of delivering accessible, high-quality care to the
community.

Pietsch most recently served as Vice President of Finance for AC3 Health, a healthcare
technology startup, where she led budgeting, financial reporting, and strategic planning efforts.
She previously held leadership positions with the City of South Bend, including Director of
Treasury and Director of Finance for Community Investment.

As CFO, Pietsch will oversee all aspects of financial operations at Heart City Health, including
budget development, grant compliance, and strategic resource allocation. She will also serve as
a member of the executive leadership team, guiding long-term fiscal planning and sustainability.
Pietsch holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with a major in Accounting from Indiana
University South Bend, where she graduated with high distinction. She is a licensed CPA in the
state of Indiana and has extensive experience with financial reporting for nonprofits and
governments.
