Prescriptions written by Heart City Health practitioners can be filled at reduced prices through our onsite pharmacy in Elkhart. Thanks to help from a federal government program, we offer affordable prescriptions to patients with no insurance to ensure that you have access to the care you need.

Medicine Assistance Program

Several drug companies have assistance programs for people experiencing trouble affording name brand medications. As a patient, you could qualify for Medicine Assistance. Refilling your prescription

Please call our Elkhart pharmacy one week before your current prescription runs out. One of our pharmacy technicians will review the request and authorize the refill. If we need to discuss your refill request with you, we will contact you. Please make sure we have a current phone number or email to reach you.
