Heart City Health opened a brand-new dental office in July 2019. For you, that means expanded options and top notch care. Just two blocks from our Simpson location, the new clinic is state-of-the-art, and ready to provide a complete range of affordable dental services. Now that’s something to smile about.
Going to the dentist hardly has a positive reputation. No one loves sitting with their mouth open. Kids can be scared of trips to the dentist, and we’ve all made a joke about having to talk with our mouth open during a dental cleaning.
We know the dental office reputation, and we’re here to change your opinion.
Your teeth are a window to your whole body’s health. Medical studies have shown that oral health can impact certain illnesses. Good oral health can keep bad bacteria away from other organs while bad oral hygiene encourages serious conditions like pneumonia and cardiovascular disease.
In addition to regular dental checkups, which should occur every 6 months, Heart City Health offers a full range of dental services.
Our newly renovated dental office opened in July 2019 and is located at 2100 Superior Street, in Elkhart. It features state-of-the-art technology in 11 dental operatories and even has a children’s play area. With brand new facilities and two dentists, we are able to provide affordable dental services to more people than ever before.
We kindly ask that new patients download and fill out our Dental New Patient Packet English or Dental New Patient Packet Spanish and email it to dentalcenter@heartcityhealth.org. You can also print it out and bring it with you to your first appointment. This helps us provide you with a fast check-in process so you don’t have to wait long to see our dentists.

Because your teeth and gums can express symptoms of conditions in other parts of the body, it’s important to pay close attention to your mouth and get regular checkups at the dentist. Our mission of Wholehearted Care gives you the advantage of having a dentist who is connected with an entire health network that’s ready to look at other medical conditions that come up.
Our primary care (pediatrics and adults), behavioral health and women’s health services are here so you can receive all of your medical treatment from one trusted provider.
