The dentist treats problems related to the mouth, teeth, gums, and jaws at Heart City Health. Human Resources Generalist

The Human Resources Department manages the employment process, administers all benefit programs, and maintains confidential personnel files. The HR Generalist will also help in the everyday role of Human Resources. This position will work on special projects assigned by the HR Director. This role will assist the Director with creating analytics for tracking turnover, retention, and other required record keeping methods. Qualifications

Associates degree in business related is required. Specialized training in secretarial practices or business administration preferred. Responsibilities

Creating and implementing provider engagement and alignment strategies, including promotion of programs and training to sustain professional satisfaction. Establish, monitor and improve the standards of care through performance benchmarks, goals setting and training.
