Heart City Health Celebrates National Health Center Week with HealthFest

ELKHART, IND. – Join us as we celebrate National Health Center Week at Heart City Health’s annual HealthFest, a FREE health fair for community members. HealthFest is Saturday, August 13, 2022, at 236 Simpson Avenue in Elkhart from Noon to 3:00 p.m.

There will be FREE food, raffle prizes, giveaways, family-friendly activities, health screenings like blood pressure, blood sugar, body mass index, vision screenings, and 20 local organizations.
