Heart City Health Teams Up with Goshen Home Medical for Free Mask Giveaway
GOSHEN, Ind. – Goshen Home Medical has extended its drive-thru mask giveaway. Free reusable, washable masks and mask lanyards are available for anyone 65 years or older, at-risk, or in need.
The drive-thru mask giveaway will be held at the following locations. Just look for the Goshen Home Medical van.
Tuesday, December 15 from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Heart City Health Center COVID-19 testing site at Concord Mall
3701 South Main Street, Elkhart
Monday, December 21 from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Bowen Center COVID-19 testing site at Kosciusko Fairgrounds
1400 East Smith Street, Warsaw

Bowen Center started as a non-profit Community Mental Health Center in northern Indiana in 1961. The Center now serves most of Indiana, treating patients with emotional health care, along with addiction recovery services and a primary health care clinic located in Warsaw, IN.
Bowen Center partnered with the Kosciusko County Health Department to provide a free drive-up for COVID-19 testing. The drive-up testing site is located in the parking lot at 2219 E. Dubois Dr. in Warsaw, IN. Testing hours are Tuesdays & Thursdays 11 a.m. – 7 p.m., Wednesdays & Fridays 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. and Saturdays 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.
