Heart City Health Honored at IIC Awards Ceremony
Scenic Location Recognized for Outstanding HPV Vaccination Rates
McCordsville, IN—Heart City Health’s Scenic Location was honored at the Immunization Initiative of Indiana (IIC) Awards Ceremony for its exceptional HPV vaccination rates. The event, which took place at Daniel’s Vineyard, celebrated high-performing vaccinators from across Indiana.
The evening was memorable, featuring a dinner and an inspiring keynote speech by Liz Coit, Executive Director of MCCOY. During the ceremony, Heart City Health was awarded the Erica Frazier Stun HPV Series Completion Award. This award highlights the commitment to increasing HPV series completion rates in boys and girls through strong provider recommendations and targeted outreach and education for parents, guardians, and children, reducing missed opportunities.
Heart City Health’s Dr. Dwayne Johnson and Letisha Purdiman traveled to McCordsville to accept the award on behalf of the Scenic Location team. Their efforts have significantly contributed to the community’s health and well-being by promoting and ensuring high HPV vaccination rates.
