Heart City Health + Cultivate Food Rescue
“Our Clay Church Food Pantry has been incredibly blessed by our partnership with Cultivate Culinary. Cultivate has a tremendous heart for feeding all food insecure people in our community, from school children to senior citizens.”
– Sue Z., Clay Church Pantry
As we impact our community with Wholehearted Healthcare, we are always on the lookout for community partners who share our mission. This year, we’re proud to be partnering with Cultivate Food Rescue, a 501c3 not-for-profit organization devoted to ending the cycle of hunger in the local communities of Northern Indiana by providing a food rescue service.
Our work with Cultivate Food Rescue will make pre-made frozen meals, which can last up to six months, accessible to current patients at our Simpson and Scenic locations. In addition, our team will provide Cultivate Food Rescue with a reliable network of volunteers to help with food processing, kitchen work, and special events.
Together, we’ll be reducing food insecurity in our community while fulfilling our goal of treating the whole individual with preventative, vital care.
Become a Patient
Cultivate Food Rescue meals are currently available to Heart City Health patients. With behavioral, dental, women’s, chiropractic, pediatric, and other kinds of care, Heart City Health treats the whole person.
To become a patient, book an appointment on the phone or online and come to you appointment. From there, our team will work with you to fill out new patient paperwork. If you don’t have insurance, we can help you find insurance, or connect you to our sliding scale payment.
