Providing affordable, quality healthcare means better health outcomes through preventative screenings, better chronic disease management, and reduced visits to the emergency room.
The Give to Health! Fund is an unrestricted fund that provides operational support for the health center. These funds allow Heart City Health Center to keep costs affordable to patients and are used for things such as purchasing equipment, hiring staff, and community outreach
We established a special Matthew 25 Fund to provide additional financial help for patients who need emergency dental services. These funds are used solely for patient care and are not for any operational support of the health or dental center.
Heart City Health Center is developing partnerships with specialists in the area to see patients at a reduced rate. This fund is designed to help offset costs of services not provided by Heart City Health Center. Too often, patients do not receive the care they need because of money. You can help a patient receive a much needed MRI, see a cardiologist, or get a CAT scan.
