Heart City Health is expanding our dental program, and we’re seeking compassionate, skilled dentists who want to grow with us while delivering quality care to patients in Elkhart County, particularly those with limited access to oral health services.

Why Heart City Health?

As a dentist at Heart City Health, you’ll join a supportive team in a brand-new, state-of-the-art practice featuring:

  • A-DEC equipment, 2-D Panoramic X-ray, Intraoral cameras, Electric handpieces

  • Electronic patient records (Dentrix) and digital x-rays (Dexis)

  • Ventilation system (COVID-regulation approved) and Dry Shield Isolation System

  • A reasonable monthly supply budget and fully stocked PPE

What You’ll Do

Our dentists provide comprehensive dentistry, including:

  • Cosmetic restorations, crown & bridge

  • Endodontic procedures and extractions

  • Partials, dentures, hygiene, and dental emergencies

Additional procedures (such as implantology) can be offered if credentialed.

Qualifications

  • Doctorate in Dental Surgery (DDS) or Dental Medicine (DMD)

  • Passion for providing high-quality care and improving community oral health

Competitive Benefits

We believe in investing in our providers so they can thrive personally and professionally:

  • Generous PTO: 160 hours per year (first 5 years); 230 hours per year after 5 years

  • CME Support: $2,500 reimbursement + 40 hours paid CME time annually

  • Competitive Salary:

    • $160k–$170k for new graduates

    • Up to $200k–$210k for experienced dentists
