Heart City Health Invites the Community to Celebrate PMS
Prenatal and Medical Services
ELKHART, Ind. – Can you think of a better way to celebrate PMS – Heart City Health’s newly offered prenatal and medical services – than by enjoying a mocktail (nonalcoholic cocktail) and meeting the Women’s Health medical providers? On Wednesday, February 5th from 4 – 6 p.m., Heart City Health will celebrate the opening of our Women’s Health office, at 1545 Cassopolis Street in Elkhart.
Community partners and the public are invited to receive a gift basket and enjoy light refreshments as they tour the newly renovated building. The new Women’s Health office will offer primary care, obstetrics and gynecology. Since Indiana has one of the highest maternal and infant mortality rates in the country, Heart City Health’s CEO made the decision to offer comprehensive healthcare to the women in our community during childbearing years and beyond.
In addition to the Women’s Health office, Heart City Health has a dental office as well as two general practice offices, one with an onsite pharmacy. All locations are accepting new patients with Medicaid, Medicare, private insurance or a sliding fee scale for those without insurance.
